Company Structure

Personnel Arrangement: There are 21 employees in the team, including 2 e-commerce operation directors, 4 employees in Operation Department, 2 employees in Visual Design Department, 6 employees in Customer Service Center, 5 employees in Warehousing and Logistics Department and 2 employees in Financial Department.

Operation Department: Operation Department is responsible for the overall planning, marketing, promotion and other systematic operation and management of the online store, product placement and removal, implementation and coordination of relevant marketing activities of the company and making promotion programs for the store;

Customer Service Department: Customer Service Department is responsible for being familiar with various operation rules of Taobao, answering customer questions and handling customer requirements through Aliwangwang App to make a deal, handling order information, providing after-sales service, dealing with general complaint, maintaining customer relationship, dealing with customer complaints and disputes to improve user experience, caring regular customers, updating special offers, conducting promotion activities and maintaining regular customers.

Vision Design Department: Vision Design Department is responsible for taking photos for the online store products, processing and typesetting pictures in the later stage, and writing descriptions for illustrated pictures, and conceiving and writing copywriting for promotional activities.

Warehousing and Logistics Department: Warehousing and Logistics Department is responsible for goods and materials acceptance, warehousing, storage, inventory, account checking and other work; Keeping goods and environment in warehouse clean, tidy and hygienic; Implementing the packaging work according to the invoice correctly, complete the packaging task on time and accurately; Inputting the invoice number accurately in the backstage of the shop, change the delivery status, and deal with return of problematic packages in a timely manner.

	Operations Executive: Wang Xingguo Graduated from the Department of Business Administration of Jiangsu University, once served as the Manager of Foreign Trade Department in Yaxing-Benz Co., Ltd., and then served as the Foreign Trade Manager of Jiangsu Goldsun Textile Science & Technology Co., Ltd. Later he founded Nantong Tang Textile Co., Ltd. He has rich experience in foreign trade sales, network marketing, e-commerce and management, and has s comprehensive understanding of domestic and foreign B2B, B2C, C2C e-commerce platforms. He has careful thinking and unique vision as well as good development and negotiation skills. He is especially good at grasping business opportunities, market analysis, data screening, product planning, operation plan formulation and implementation, team motivation and training, and is also good at making strategic plans and controlling the overall situation according to the market’s and the company’s situation, summarizing the law of the market, adjusting tactics and strategies according to circumstances, learning employees' career planning and life demands and fully stimulating employees' work passion and sense of social mission.		Design Supervisor: Ge Yu Graduated from Nantong Normal College, majoring in Computer and Application, once served as a Senior Designer of the third-party service provider of Taobao in the gold rush era, then went to Suzhou Baojiali Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. to work as the deputy director of design, and now a Designer of Nantong Tang Textile Co., Ltd. He is proficient in PS, AI, DW, C4D and other software tools, and is especially good at visual marketing, page planning and design, product brochure planning and design, store decoration, poster design, creative advertising, and event thematic design. He pays attention to customer experience and has his own unique insights into design. He is good at controlling the visual design process and copywriting. He is proficient in the use of design related software, proficient in coding, familiar with Taobao rules and the design process of Taobao andTmall. He caters to market planning and copywriting, has strong sense of visual design and leads the art designer team independently.
	Customer Service Supervisor: Wang Yunjuan Graduated from Jiangsu Shipping College, majoring in E-commerce, served as the Manager of the Customer Service Department of Nantong Kaisheng Home Textile Co., Ltd., and then worked as the customer service supervisor of Nantong Tang Textile Co., Ltd. She has an accurate analysis of market consumption habits, is familiar with the responsibilities of e-commerce customer service management and customer service standards, and is good at pre-sales customer analysis, sales and transaction skills, as well as after-sales treatment. Besides, she has rich experience in team management and is capable of engaging in pre-sales and after-sale training of customer service. She is also familiar with the maintenance and development of pre-sales and after-sale customer relations and the transformation of inquiry orders. She is also capable of formulating rules and regulations such as the management system of customer service team and the reward and punishment system of post functional customer service. She is good at finding product demands and customers' concerns in the process of communication with customers, and timely give feedback to the operation staff.		Operations Supervisor: Chen Haisheng Graduated from Hebei Xingtai University, majored in International Business, and worked in e-commerce for 10 years. Once served as Director of Foreign Trade Department of JiangsuNantong Goldsun Textile Co., Ltd. He has rich experience in formulating e-commerce sales strategy, sales plan and quantitative sales target as well as organization and implementation according to the company's market development and strategic planning. He has extensive experience in e-commerce marketing, and is familiar with the trading rules of electronic malls, is good at publicity and promotion of various aspects, such as promotion in WeChat, microblog, official websites, etc. He has the ability to formulate the rules and regulations of E-Commerce Department, reasonably allocate the work functions of employees, and coordinate the work of the department.
	Warehouse Supervisor: Pan Weijuan Graduated from Nantong University majoring in E-commerce, and once worked in Shanghai Shenghong Co., Ltd. After entering Nantong TangTextile Co., Ltd., she worked as Director of Customer Service Department. She can effectively coordinate the work between all functional departments; Develop and revise warehouse receipt and delivery, operation process and other management system to improve the warehouse management process and standards; Establish standard and complete logistics warehouse operation report; She is good at reasonable layout and management of warehouse and reasonable planning of storage space and storage method of goods; She can effectively set up warehouse storage planning, marking fire prevention, anti-theft, moisture-proof management standards; She can timely report the warehouse inventory status, and ensure the consistency between accounts, cards and goods quantity and the accuracy of inventory data.		Production Supervisor: Yin Zhihua Graduated from Xuzhou Normal University, majored in Trade and Economy, once worked as the Production Manager of Jiangsu Ziyang Bedroom Supplies Co., Ltd. His duties are to establish and improve the safety production management system, organize, implement and supervise the operation of the production quality system; Keep track of the quality status in the production process at any time, coordinate the communication and cooperation between different departments, and solve the problems in the production in time; Organize the implementation of the supervision and control of the production process, quality, equipment, cost and output indicators; Lead and manage the maintenance department to maintain the basic equipment of the plant to ensure the production site can run normally and the equipment is in good condition; Guide, supervise and inspect the work of subordinates, and master the work situation and relevant data.
